Welcome to the Courage to Run App!

We designed it specifically for you: a busy person doing big things.

Its full of 1 to 15 minute "tabatas" (quick, high-impact strength exercises) that build the mindset, resilience, vision, courage and care needed to be healthy and lead effectively in civic life today. ​Because whether you are running a team, organization, cause, campaign or for elected office, it takes an enhanced set of skills to be successful in today’s complex world.

To power you up, tabatas blend neuroscience and social science with best practices in political intelligence, social psychology, authentic leadership, wellness theory and elite athleticism.

Version 1 of the Courage to Run App includes:

- 25 evidence-based tabatas you can do anywhere, anytime
​- The science behind the why and how each strengthens your mind, body and performance
- VIP access to online trainings and offline community events
- Bookmark capability for easy access to your favorite tabatas
- Ability to organize and submit your own Courage to Run events

Choose your own adventure! Choose a leadership skill you want to develop. Practice tabatas in order. Mix them up. Bookmark and return to a favorite time and time again. Access what you need - when you need it.
